Refund Policy

Free Trial

All new subscribers receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment is charged during the trial period. You can cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.

Refund Eligibility

If you are unsatisfied with the Service after your trial, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

• Within 14 days of your first payment: Full refund, no questions asked.
• Technical issues: If the product has a bug or technical issue that prevents it from working and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of when the issue occurs.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Requests made more than 14 days after the first payment (unless due to unresolved technical issues)
• Subscription renewals after the first month (you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges)
• Change of mind about AI tools or MCP protocol in general

How to Request a Refund

Email us at [email protected] with:

• Your email address (used for subscription)
• Reason for the refund request
• Any relevant details (e.g., error messages, screenshots)

We aim to process refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Gumroad.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Gumroad billing portal. After cancellation:

• You retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made
• Your license key will be deactivated at the end of the billing period
