Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Blender MCP Pro ("the Service") provided by Youichi Uda ("we", "us", "our"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Blender MCP Pro is a paid MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that enables AI assistants like Claude, Cursor, and Windsurf to control Blender with 100+ tools. The Service consists of:

• A Python MCP server (distributed to subscribers via license key)
• A Blender addon (open-source, available on GitHub)

2. Subscription & Billing

• The Service costs $5 USD per month, billed monthly through Gumroad.
• New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial with full feature access.
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged $5 for the first month.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

3. License Key & Access

• Upon subscription, you will receive a license key for personal use.
• Each license key is valid for one user. Sharing license keys is prohibited.
• The MCP server performs periodic license verification. An internet connection is required at startup; licenses are cached for up to 72 hours for offline use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, or resell the MCP server software or your license key
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the MCP server to bypass license verification
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

5. Intellectual Property

• The MCP server software is proprietary. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it.
• The Blender addon is open-source under the MIT License.
• All content you create using Blender through the Service belongs to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for any damage to your Blender files or projects arising from use of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your subscription at any time through your Gumroad billing portal.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
